1576 Bunnet — Coming Soon
Handknitted and inspired by traditional Scottish style, these Bunnets are made with care and intention — a wearable act of remembrance.
Named in honour of Bessie Dunlop of Ayrshire, healer and wise woman, tried and executed for witchcraft in 1576. Every Bunnet sold honours her memory and the memory of all the women persecuted in the Scottish witch trials.
20% of every sale is donated to the Bypass Art Group in Dalry, who also commemorate Bessie Dunlop and keep her story alive in the community where she lived.
